I was bored as always and figured I'd try something for lols. I log on with an alt and move myself to jita (seriously couldn't think of a better place to try this) and announce in local that im looking for a good 0.0 alliance to join. Now my alt has been around for a while and the employment history makes it believable that I could fly a capship.. At least a carrier..
After a few trys to get a convo from a goonfleet member. I chat with him for a while and play dumb. He tells me that goons are always looking for new people and I could join them, but there is a 500M isk security deposit on the application. I complain that I don't have that much and ask him if he knows of any goon pets that I could join for free. He tells me that the fee would be refunded after the application is successful and I could sell all my stuff to get the isk as the goons would be able to sell me better stuff cheaper (yeah he was trying that hard).
I "suddenly realize" that I have an alt with close to a billion isk's worth of stuff and I could just transfer most of the isk from him.. But that account expired a few months ago and I don't have enough isk for a plex.. I give him the name of my alt (ok, it was some random guy from a corp i used to be in that never logs in but is about my alts age).
After much wrangling the goon recruiter decides to loan me a plex so i can reactivate the account, give him the 350M for the plex back and then hand over the 500M for the security deposit.. As I trust him I go along with this..

While that would lead to many many lols, i'd rather leave my alts identity intact.. If however he posts and says 'xxxxxxx' is Lana's Alt and scammed me out of a plex! then I'll post the full logs.

Maybe I'm missing recent developments, but you can reactivate an inactive account using a plex rather than a GTC now?
Not that im aware of.. (I could be wrong, I never tried). But obviously that didn't occur to my new best friend.

I have considered this now for a few days and I have come to the following conclusion.. Goons need to know who their idiots are. So, any goonfleet member (and goonfleet ONLY) can send me an evemail asking for the name of the person I scammed. The mail MUST be accompanied with a 100M isk deposit to ensure that you do not tell ANYONE for the period of 1 week (enough time to scrub my alt and sell it). After 1 week is up everyone will get their isk back.

In all fairness you should give the recruiter the chance to buy your silence. Maybe something like 200 million. 
I haven't even seen them log in since I did it.. I'm hoping for ragequit actually
